Volunteer Positions Available
Oakland University Hockey is looking for a few good volunteers for the 2008-2009 season, which starts in late September. Home Games are typically on Friday and Saturday nights. If interested or questions please contact Corey Hagood at coreyh@wxousports.com:
Score-clock Operator
Required to attend all OU DI Hockey Home Games and operate the game clock and penalty clock inside the scorers table.
Public Address Announcer
Required to attend all OU DI Hockey Home Games. The PA Announcer will announce both teams starting lineups, Goals, penalties and other announcements as needed.
Scorekeeper
Required to attend all OU DI Hockey Home Games The Score keeper is required to complete the game score sheet provided by the OU Hockey Coaching Staff. The sheet includes filling out goals, penalties and other important game happenings as directed. The scorekeeper must at the end of the game get both Head Coaches and the Referee to sign the game sheet before distributing it out to the Coaches and officials
Game Night DJ
Required to attend all OU DI Hockey Home Games the game night DJ will be responsible for playing the Music before and during each OU Hockey home game. Including the goal horn. The DJ will also work with the players and staff to pick the warm-up music and music they desire to be played as well.
